Description Of Acetyl Tributyl Citrate:
Synthetic plant esters are a new environmentally friendly Plasticizer that can replace plasticizers such as dioctyl ester (DOP)/dibutyl ester (DBP) or ATBC/DOTP, saving financial resources. Synthetic plant esters are a new type of environmentally friendly and non-toxic plasticizer extracted from various plants and esterified under a series of catalysts. The amount of synthetic plant esters used in PVC products is up to 55 parts (100 parts of Resin powder) without segregation. The substitution rate is between 30% -100%. If used in conjunction with DOP and DBP, the effect is better. Synthetic plant esters are used as plasticizers for various products based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), natural rubber (NR), styrene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and chloroprene rubber (CR).
