Polyvinyl Chloride Resin is a polar non-crystalline polymer, there is a strong force between the molecules, is a hard and brittle material;Low impact strength.After adding the impact modifier, the elastomer particles of the impact modifier can reduce the total stress induced by the silver grain, and prevent the expansion and growth of the silver grain by using the deformation and shear band of the particles themselves, thus absorbing the impact energy in the body of the transmission material, so as to achieve the purpose of impact resistance.The particle size of the modifier is very small, which is conducive to increasing the amount of modifier per unit weight or per unit volume, so as to increase the effective volume fraction and thus enhance the ability of dispersing stress.At present, it is widely used as an organic impact modifier.
